Filing for a Marriage License
- Marriage license are $81. Cash, check and credit cards are accepted.
- We require a valid state ID
- There is a 72 hour waiting period before you can marry and you have 90 days to use the license.
Marriage Education
Couples who go through ANY approved marriage education course will not have to pay the $60 state portion of their marriage license fee and the 72 hour waiting period is waived.

To Obtain a Certified Copy of a Marriage License
- Certified copies are only issued for marriage licenses purchased and filed in Delta County
- Certified copies are $6 per copy. Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted.
- Certified copies are highly recommended if you need to mail your license as proof of marriage
