Notice is hereby given that a possible quorum of the Delta County Commissioners Court may be present at a swearing-in ceremony for Grace Crabb, who was appointed to fill the vacancy for the County/District Clerk’s office. The event will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025 from 10:30 a.m. to approximately 11:30 a.m. in the 2nd floor District Courtroom of the Delta County Courthouse, located at 200 West Dallas Avenue, Cooper, Texas, 75432. No official action will be taken by the Commissioners’ Court at the aforementioned event, other than swearing in the qualified resident appointed to fill the vacancy of County/District Clerk, pursuant to §87.041 of the Texas Local Government Code.
