Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Texas Government Code §551.0411(b), that the regular meeting of the Delta County Commissioners’ Court scheduled for Tuesday, January 27, 2026, previously posted in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, has been postponed due to severe winter weather conditions necessitating a catastrophic event, namely a winter weather event including a snow storm, as defined as a qualifying condition that interferes physically with the ability of a governmental body to conduct a meeting, as prescribed by Texas Government Code §551.0411(c)(1).
